Among others the CONVAL Service Release 8.0.5 includes the following improvements:

• Miscellaneous
  Improved stability while opening calculations, which were saved under an operating system with a different language or locale setting.
  Issues regarding the selection of parameters in the dependence diagram were repaired.
• Control Valves
  The noise prediction for gases and steams is done now according to the updated IEC 60534-8-3 (2010-11) by default.
• Safety Relief Valves
  Standard valves according to API 526 (2009-04) are added to the safety relief valve database.
