The CONVAL Service Release 7.0.10 fixes the following issues:

• Control valve

  If using silencers with a bore diameter larger than 10 mm the number of bores in the downstream resistance structures section was not calculated correctly.

• Control valve

  Due to an error at the implementation of the standards IEC 60534-8-3:2000 and ISA-75.17:1989 valves with high outlet Mach numbers were calculated too loud.

• Restriction orifice plate
  The formulas used in the CONVAL restriction orifice calculation are only valid up to a ratio d/Di < 0.75, with throttle orifice d and pipe inside diameter Di. Unfortunately there was no warning if the ratio exceeds this value.
