In conval there is no possibility to select flow unit in Nm3/hr for orifice calculation. How it can be done. Please suggest.

Nm³/h stands for volume flow under standard conditions. The prefix 'N', although typically written as shown, is not part of the unit of measurement.

To enter a flow at standard conditions, e.g. Nm³/h, you first need to switch the calculation from "operating conditions" to "standard conditions".  Second, select the reference conditions for the standard volume flow. Both can be done in the section "Medium selection and state".

If not already calculated by CONVAL for know fluids from the database, it's mandatory to enter the "Density (standard conditions)".

With this information given, CONVAL allows you to enter the "Volume flow rate (standard condition) qn", e.g. in m³/h, what you would call Nm³/h.
