Among others the CONVAL Service Release 9.0.10 includes the following improvements:

Miscellaneous

• Improved stability when exporting calculations into Microsoft Excel format.

Control Valve

• When switching on and off of resistance downstream structures the originally selected downstream pressure was not retained.
• The noise prediction for stroke valves with cage trims according to VDMA 24422 (1989) was corrected. SPL of these valves was usually calculated too low.
• Revised reliability prediction of abrasive media at flashing conditions.

Differential Pressure Flow Element

• Addendum ASME MFC-3Ma-2007 incorporated.
• Calculation of the residual pressure loss of conditioning orifice plates Rosemount type 405C.
